Sales Operations Specialist (m/f/d) in Frankfurt area

Your tasks:

  • Daily communication with customer and HQ
  • Manage Pre-Series / Series / Aftersales demand and supply
  • Manage critical demand and supply situation
  • Receive and manage demand forecast
  • Monitoring PSI (Production / Shipment / Inventory) Simulation
  • Manage and adjust production plan with company plant
  • Manage the supply according to demand and prices
  • Settle order list and process Purchase/Sales and Delivery Orders
  • Manage and negotiate delivery with customer
  • Manage the logistic and invoice processes &correct sales recognition
  • Settle return parts, running changes, EOP, inventory and obsolete
  • Manage and negotiate claimed cost and control pre-series cost
  • Implement customer supply requirements (Packaging, Label etc.)
  • Report regularly on actuals, issues and customer production status
  • Execute meeting with customer and internal at company sites or customer plants (business travel abroad)

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 5 years’ experience in Sales Operation/Sales Management, preferably in B2B area
  • Experience in Automotive industry is a must have
  • Experience in Hyundai Motors business would be plus
  • Microsoft office (Advanced excel usage is preferred)
  • Reporting and presentation skills in English and Korean
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to set priorities
  • Very good English and Korean language skills
